International Trust
A Seychelles International Trust is an irrevocable trust established generally in perpetuity of 100 years. Often a Private Trust Company (PTC) may be created using an international trust as a revocable instrument in order to retain varying levels of control of the trust without jeopardizing the 'validity' of the trust. The Seychelles Court has jurisdiction for all matters relating to a Seychelles International Trust and any transfers of property into the trust may not be voided or invalidated due to any foreign rule of forced heirship. A Seychelles International Trust will also remain in full effect even if the trust concept is not recognized or admitted under the laws of a foreign jurisdiction.
